A shipment of 4 truckloads of apparel showed up 5 weeks earlier than expected. The factory was ahead of schedule and so was the container ship. The customer’s own warehouse was already full.
No time to lease overflow space the normal way. A truck was already en route with nowhere to unload it.
Normally this shipment goes straight to the distribution center — inspected, sorted by store, out to the sales floor or the website. With nowhere to put it, none of that could happen on schedule.

We cleared space inside our 300,000 square foot facility in 8 hours and took the full shipment in. Instead of the retailer handling inspection and store-by-store sorting once space finally opened, we did it for them — AQL inspections on the styles that needed it, then picked and packed everything by store and sent it out.
Overflow storage isn’t glamorous. Most people never think about warehouse space until it’s the thing standing between them and their next delivery.
