- General merchandise inspection and repair – To identify and quantify a quality issue, we can conduct an inbound AQL audit of your goods or conduct a 100% visual inspection. Based on our findings, we’ll bring ideas to rectify the quality issue, whether it’s kitting, reticketing, relabeling, stickering, rebagging, repackaging, or repairing your merchandise.
- Apparel inspection – Darn It! offers 3 types of inspection for your garments: inbound AQL inspection, 100% visual inspection, and apparel measurement inspection. During inbound AQL inspection, our skilled team audits a statistical sampling of your shipment to assess quality. During the 100% visual inspection, we conduct a thorough visual inspection to sort first-quality clothing, then team with you to determine the best way to rectify the quality issue. During apparel measurement inspection, we measure specific points on every garment, assess your shipment, and give you a clear report.
- Apparel repair – Darn It! is your go-to resource for all types of apparel repair including relabeling and heat transfer labels, sewing repairs, part/trim replacement, cleaning, mold and mildew removal, apparel returns processing and reverse logistics, as well as repackaging and reticketing.
