This April, Darn It! proudly celebrates 29 years. Since 1996, we’ve stood by one mission: helping brands, retailers, and importers turn apparel, shoe and general merchandise challenges into retail-ready solutions.
What began as a small rework operation in a corner of a clothing manufacturing company, has grown into a bustling 300,000-square-foot facility with over 60 cross-trained team members. Every corner of our space hums with activity: inspecting, repairing, steaming, labeling, repackaging—you name it. Each team member is trained across multiple functions to ensure we stay nimble and ready to respond to our customers’ unique needs.
From inspections, spot cleaning or even minor stitching flaws to complex mold remediation, our experienced staff has seen—and fixed—it all. Whether it’s a mislabeled shipment, damaged outerwear, or holiday returns that need to be shelf-ready overnight. We’ve built our reputation on solving problems fast and with care. Our commitment to being a one-stop solution for our customers didn’t stop at inspection and repair. Twenty years ago, we expanded our services to include warehousing and fulfillment, giving our clients even greater flexibility and peace of mind. Our warehouse division offers full-service pick-and-pack services, inventory management, and direct-to-consumer or retail distribution. This division of our business has been critical in helping brands streamline their operations and focus on marketing and sales, while we handle the logistics. Our customers also appreciate having both the warehousing and rework facilities under one roof. If there is ever an issue with their product, we can process it immediately with our large staff and get it back on the picking shelves.
